Introduction

Sales Training, if it is to do what is required, begins with your habits of thinking . Note the word habits’ to a salesperson it is very important to have the right habits. You can easily imagine, even, now, that if a salesperson had to stop, during a sales interview, to think out the right thing to say or do, he wouldn’t get very far!
